Caitlyn DeFluri – Caitlyn is the Recruiting Coordinator at AWeber and has a passion for helping others. With this role being her first with an in-house Human Resources team, she is finding contentment in helping AWeber ramp-up diversity initiatives and is thrilled to be involved in this year’s High School Program. Raised by a single mother and former banking CEO, she’s seen the impact women can make in the professional world and has used her as a driving factor through her life with the hopes of inspiring more women to feel confident in a variety of male-dominated careers.
Kathleen is currently an HR Generalist at AWeber, but started her career off as a recruiter responsible for finding amazing technical talent, both in-house and for an agency. During that time, she realized how few female technologists there really were! As a female growing up with a mother who is an Infrastructure Engineer, Kathleen became passionate about getting more females involved in technology.
Hope Bear, the CPO at AWeber (an opt-in email marketing platform), is a Philadelphia native who has built her career in Human Resources, focusing heavily on diversity, engagement, leadership, and coaching. Growing up in a household of teachers, she saw first hand how powerful individuals can be with a mentor and confidence. Throughout her career, she has been driven by helping individuals realize their potential and has encouraged and supported females to enter the STEM field, as well as help them break through barriers. Most recently she has volunteered with Tech Girlz and the Souderton School District.
